Connor has joined K3 Law following qualification at Gateley Legal and subsequently joining Fladgate LLP. His work covers mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and various types of reorganisations. He’s acted across a full range of clients including domestic and international companies, private equity houses, entrepreneurs and management teams.
Connor’s time at Fladgate saw him advise Kazareen Textile Group’s shareholders on a majority investment by Amethyst Private Equity, and the shareholders of Tedaisy Insurance Group on the sale of a majority of shares to Santévet (backed by Columna Capital). Highlights of his experience in acquisitions include acting for Hörmann KG (a leading German door and security door manufacturer) on their acquisition of a British target with overseas operations, and advising RSK Environment on the acquisition of Octavius Infrastructure, a leading civil engineering and transport infrastructure business.
